Psychedelic Events
April Pride creates, curates, and hosts psychedelic events
in Seattle — a decriminalized city
in a country where decriminalization
now includes communities representing
~10% of the U.S. population.
Psychedelic Salon
public, educational, all welcome
A public conversation series exploring the emerging field of psychedelic medicine. Created, curated, and hosted by April Pride, the Salon is co-produced with venue partner Town Hall Seattle. Featuring researchers, clinicians, founders, and journalists working at the leading edge of psychedelics. Open to the public. Mostly monthly Oct - May.
For those who are curious, learning, listening, and looking for trusted resources in a category that's moving fast.
Women in the Wild
private, experiential, for women
Private gatherings hosted at April Pride's home in Seattle. Small groups of women — up to twelve — sharing four hours together in a structured evening of guided meditation, creative practice, conversation, and shared homemade vegan food. Microdose-informed.
For those who are ready to go beyond learning and eager to gather with like-minded women.
how the two events relate
The Salon is a public conversation.
Women in the Wild
is the private, experiential continuation.
Many women come to the Salon first — to listen, learn, and find language — then apply to Women in the Wild when they're ready for something more intimate. Each event stands alone, but together they form a way to engage with this work that builds across time.
